# Brand values (template)

Copy this file into the brand's knowledge base as `Brand Values.md` and
populate the seven fields below. The word-document-formatter skill reads
each labelled field at run time to populate page footers and the
fallback mandatory disclaimer.

Notes:
- Keep the labels exactly as written (`Brand:`, `Sponsor name:`, etc.).
  The skill parses by exact label.
- Each field is one line, except `Fallback mandatory disclaimer:` which
  may span multiple lines until the next blank line.
- Missing fields render as `<MISSING — populate Brand Values.md>` in the
  output and raise an "Other format issues" flag.
- The `Fallback mandatory disclaimer` is used only when the writer's
  draft omits a `[Mandatories]` block. The writer's draft remains the
  primary source.
